As part of the full interior upgrade of this Clarence Park home, we gave the original laundry a complete overhaul—turning a cramped, outdated utility space into a clean, efficient, and much more practical area for everyday use.
The existing layout wasn’t making the most of the space, so we reworked it to include custom joinery, overhead storage, and a dedicated area for both washer and dryer. A stone benchtop was added to create usable workspace, along with a new stainless steel trough, splashback, and durable flooring to handle daily wear and tear.
We kept the finishes in line with the rest of the home’s new design—simple, modern, and functional—ensuring consistency right through the property. Good lighting, better storage, and improved flow mean this laundry now feels like a proper part of the home, not an afterthought.
It’s a small space that now works hard—and looks good doing it.
