This project in Clarence Park came through a local designer who brought us on board to collaborate closely with both the design team and the homeowner. The brief was clear: alter the internal layout of the home to better suit the family’s lifestyle—all within the existing floor plan.
One of the key challenges was to add a second bathroom without extending the footprint. This required smart planning, careful wall reconfiguration, and precise execution to maximise space without compromising the flow of the home.
Beyond the new bathroom, we also renovated the original bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and all bedrooms, giving the entire home a fresh, cohesive look and feel. Each space was finished to a high standard, with a focus on functionality, modern design, and making the most of natural light and existing structure.
It was a true team effort—balancing custom design with practical building know-how—and the end result is a transformed home that feels brand new, without the need for an extension.
