This project in Erindale was all about breathing new life into an older home and making it work better for modern living—without losing its original charm.
The first part of the job focused on updating the front façade. We gave the home a fresh, contemporary look with clean lines and quality finishes, lifting its street appeal and bringing it in line with the surrounding neighbourhood. The transformation was subtle but impactful—modernising the home while still feeling connected to its original character.
Internally, we made targeted structural alterations to the floorplan to create space for a new ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe off the main bedroom. This required smart reworking of internal walls to make the most of the existing footprint, all while keeping the flow of the home natural and functional.
The result is a home that looks sharp from the street and feels much more tailored to the needs of a modern family. A solid example of how thoughtful alterations—done right—can completely change the way a home works and feels.
