This was a large-scale, high-end renovation built to an exceptionally detailed set of architectural plans. The scope covered almost every inch of the property, transforming an outdated structure into a high-performance family home with premium finishes throughout.
We completely gutted the interior, stripping everything back to the framework. From there, we rebuilt the home with a brand-new kitchen, laundry, and five fully appointed bathrooms, each designed with unique finishes and layouts. All bedrooms were redone with new flooring, custom storage, and upgraded lighting, bringing comfort and modern design to every space.
Externally, we installed new windows throughout, constructed a large timber deck for entertaining, and built a dedicated home gym room as part of the internal reconfiguration. A key feature of the project was the extension to the front of the home, which included a striking new entrance and a double carport—both seamlessly integrated into the existing structure.
The job also involved elements of landscaping, including site grading, retaining, and coordination with external trades to ensure the outdoor areas matched the home’s overall finish and flow.
This was a highly collaborative project with the client, designer, and engineering team, and one that required careful scheduling, detailed coordination, and top-tier workmanship across every trade. The end result is a standout home—purpose-built for modern living, with no detail overlooked.
